The Resilience and Well-Being Course: Foundations and Advanced Methods

This 265-hour course forms the backbone of our training programs and takes place over the course of one academic year. We use a mix of teaching practices—didactic learning, experiential learning, personal study, and physical movement—to ensure that all of our participants have the tools they need to be successful in a variety of settings.
