The Know Yourself DVD Series    

Developed by the Anthropedia Institute, the Know Yourself DVD series is a course in well-being designed to help people increase self-understanding. It teaches exercises to foster calmness, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and mind-body health.

The DVD series relies on evidence-based techniques from a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, which are designed to help people increase self-understanding, manage stress, and find deeper contentment in their lives. All of the exercises and practices have been designed to stimulate the development of the brain and, in particular, the pre-frontal cortex.

The Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI)

The TCI is a potent tool for helping individuals grow in self-awareness. The Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) is a set of tests designed to identify the intensity of and relationships between the seven basic personality dimensions of Temperament and Character, which interact to create the unique personality of an individual. It is designed to be a comprehensive inventory of personality and emotions -- that is, the usual way a person thinks, feels, and acts.  Studies have shown the TCI to be a valid and reliable measure of personality throughout the world in a variety of contexts and cultures.

Our certified coaches have in-depth knowledge about preventive health and well-being strategies. They are equally knowledgeable in both physical and mental health, and they understand the connections between mind and body.

Our certified coaches have been trained to offer concrete guidance and advice about how to live a healthier lifestyle and can help you set goals and formulate solid action plans. Our coaches can offer advice on a range of topics including but not limited to: sleep, nutrition, exercise, naturopathic approaches to whole-person health, body awareness, stress-management, the brain, the mind-body relationship, emotional intelligence, unitary communication, art and culture, and many other subjects.

Coaching Skills

Our certified coaches have been trained in co-active coaching methods, motivational interviewing, and respect the International Coach Federation's (ICF) code of ethics.

Our certified coaches are knowledgeable in the personal coaching skills (e.g. active listening, pertinent questioning and interviewing, goal setting and accountability, etc.) needed to help you take action in your life and change yourself. 

Our coaches have also been trained and certified in methods developed by the Anthropedia Institute related to communication skills, social intelligence, and cutting-edge neuroscience. These new approaches ensure their ability to catalyze change in their clients to grow in well-being.
