Research and Development
Our Unique Approach
Anthropedia’s approach to well-being is unique because it is informed by science and integrates the latest evidence-based practices to help people transform their lifestyle. Anthropedia’s research and development is led by the Anthropedia Institute in collaboration with:
The Anthropedia Institute
The Anthropedia Institute is the scientific and educational advisory board of Anthropedia that contributes to the creation and evaluation of the foundation’s curricula, resources, and training programs.
The Institute is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of accomplished physicians, psychiatrists, educators, psychologists, artists, and sociologists who research well-being and health promotion strategies within their respective fields.
The Institute is led by one of America’s most distinguished psychiatrists, Dr. C. Robert Cloninger, who is Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Center for Well- Being at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Cloninger has forged an integrative scientific model for understanding well-being that synthesizes 30 years of research on the neuroscience and genetics of personality, and longitudinal biopsychosocial studies.
Allow us to show you
The Institute creates and evaluates Anthropedia’s well- being resources, which teach ways to foster healthy behavior, self-awareness, psychological resilience, and positive emotion.
