Alinda Muszynski is the Director of Programs & Administration for Anthropedia. A teacher, well-being coach, personal trainer, and movement instructor, Alinda has experience with people of all ages and diverse socio-economic backgrounds. With a background in both psychology and mathematics, Alinda is an experienced educator. In addition to her academic background, Alinda has studied dance and movement at the Ballet Russe School under Inesse Alexandrov and at the Studio Actuels de la Danse in Valauris, France.
We partner with organizations such as school districts, universities, healthcare organizations, social service agencies, and communities to provide workshops, coaching, and coach training to their employees, clients, and community members.
