Sarah Elizabeth Bird is an Integrative Health Nurse Practitioner with specialities in integrative family practice & functional medicine. She got her PhD at the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing. She currently practices at PALM Health in St. Louis, MO. An expert in integrative health and nutrition, Sarah Bird is a member of the Anthropedia Institute and an instructor for Anthropedia where she teaches the nutrition courses in Anthropedia’s Well-Being Coach Certification.
We partner with organizations such as school districts, universities, healthcare organizations, social service agencies, and communities to provide workshops, coaching, and coach training to their employees, clients, and community members.
